1. Listen to the sound: if the light brake is accompanied by the rustle or roar of iron rubbing iron, the brake pads must be replaced immediately;
2. Look at the alarm indicator: there will be a
brake disc indicator on the instrument panel of most models, which is usually off. It will be on when the brake disc is excessively worn or faulty;
3. Thickness: the total wear depth on both sides of the
brake disc reaches 3mm. It is recommended to replace the brake disc in time. When the
brake discs on both sides use different brands and specifications, the friction effect will be different, resulting in different braking effects on both sides, resulting in the adverse consequences of brake deviation, poor braking effect and long braking distance. Therefore, it is recommended to replace the coaxial brake pads on both sides at the same time to ensure the same braking effect.
